Karina Leblanc is an Olympic bronze medalist, and the longest-serving player in Canadian soccer history! As Team Canada’s star goaltender, Leblanc has played in three Pan-American games, winning gold in 2011, five FIFA Women’s World Cups and two Olympic games, including the 2012 London Olympics where she received her bronze medal. She’s also a great role model. She is the first female soccer ambassador for UNICEF and spoke at the United Nations General Assembly about “Tapping into Your Greater Purpose.” Karina is a mentor you want your kids to be around. She will inspire them with the bug to work hard and be better. You kids will probably end up pushing you to do the same after being around Karina!
Brett’s got the fastest feet on the field. Brett Kirkland of Blitz Conditioning will be on the field every day to work with kids on foot speed, agility and how to run with power and efficiency. Running is an essential skill for soccer, but you’d be amazed how many of us can’t do it well. Brett will give your child a solid foundation to explode down the sidelines and quickly change directions. We’ll give your kids the skills to become the fastest footie feet in Edmonton.
Albert is a professional soccer player and Captain of FC Edmonton. He’s a rock on defence, and has stood up against some of the fastest players in the game. Albert doesn’t believe much in fancy moves. He believes to become the best in world, you must master the fundamentals. He’s proof. Born in Ireland, Albert signed his first professional contract at age 16, and has won numerous awards, including Player of the Year. He played in the Irish Premier League before coming to North America.
